The small Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan goes to the polls on Saturday for only the second time in its history.
Some 380,000 registered voters are eligible to cast their ballot to elect 47 members to the lower house.
In 2008 the kingdom moved from an absolute monarchy to a democracy.
