Colorado’s controversial education policy
Opinion divided on new policy offering undocumented students the chance to study for a degree at a discounted rate.

A controversial new policy governing who pays what to get into university has come into force at a university in the US state of Colorado.
For the first time, among the thousands of students who will show up for class will be dozens of undocumented students who are being offered a special in-state tuition rate.
