Sudan fighting sparks border tension
Growing conflict is slowly rippling down to the edges, making once friendly towns turn against each other.

People living in towns along the contested border between Sudan and South Sudan have lived and worked together in harmony for many years.
Even so, the growing conflict between the two countries, mainly over oil-rich land, is slowly rippling down to the edges, sparking tensions between the once friendly towns.
It has prompted some of the locals in Bentiu town to urge townsfolk on both sides of the border to remain peaceful.
