India looks to alternative energy
With a third of Indians still living without electricity, the country is turning to solar and wind options.

A decade ago, the Indian government pledged to provide the entire country with electricity by March 2012.
Only 64 per cent of the country’s target has been met, with a third of Indians still living without power.
