Outlook bleak on Olympic cheats

Anti-doping chiefs say as many as one in 10 London 2012 athletes may take drugs as funding problems affect campaign.

As many as one in 10 athletes may be using performance-enhancing drugs when the London Olympics kicks off this summer.

With a zero per cent increase in the budget for the World Anti-doping Agency (WADA) thanks to global austerity measures, the fight against newer, more advanced techniques has becoming increasingly difficult.
