Deported Mexican in bid to reunite with sons

Felipe Montes is trying to convince US child welfare officials not to put up his boys for adoption.

More than 20,000 people have signed an online petition in the US to have a deported Mexican father reunited with his three children who are currently in foster care.

Felipe Montes was deported in 2010 after being arrested several times for driving without a license.

He is now trying to convince child welfare officials in North Carolina not to put up his boys for adoption.
