Post-apartheid South Africa fails Sowetans

Residents in township of Soweto say Freedom Charter has failed to live up to its promises.

The Freedom Charter is one of the founding documents of South Africa’s anti-apartheid movement.

But residents of Kliptown, Soweto, are finding it is not living up to its promises.
