North Korea may delay rocket launch
Weather and technical problems are sited as reasons for the delay, though some believe it is because of China.

The rocket is scheduled to blastoff anytime within the next 12 days.
Japan and South Korea say it is actually a ballistic missile test, in breach of international sanctions, and a reminder of North Korea’s troublesome status for the international community as US President Barack Obama embarks on his second term.
