Aleppo ambulance volunteers take the strain
Civilian organisation sets up a new service to ferry wounded and provide aid in Syria’s largest city.

As the fighting intensifies in Syria, medical services are fully stretched. But nowhere more so than in Aleppo, where they are at breaking point.
Now a civilian organisation calling itself “Sedk,” the Arabic word for honesty, is setting up a special ambulance service.
Al Jazeera’s Andrew Simmons joined them for a day.
