Omani fishing entangled in success

Demand from abroad keeps residents from enjoying what has been staple of national diet for centuries.

The Gulf state of Oman is one of the few countries in the world that claims to be self-sufficient in fishing.

Even so, some experts say the industry has become a victim of its own success.
