Cuban migration reforms disappoint
New migration laws aimed to allow people to travel more freely, have left some island residents worse off.

Cuba last month announced changes to migration rules to allow people more freedom to travel.
It was seen as another sign of the government moving towards reform. But some now say the measures have left them worse off.
