Egyptians begin to grade Morsi after 100 days

Citizens voice opinion of president who promised to tackle 60 problems within first three months in office.

Mohamed Morsi, Egypt’s president, promised to tackle more than 60 problems within the first three months of his term.

Now, 100 days since he took office, Egyptians are beginning to evaluate the president’s handling of areas such as traffic, waste disposal and food prices, all decades-long issues that plague everyday life for the people of Cairo.

However, some say it is not Morsi that needs to instigate change, but the people and their own mindsets.

Al Jazeera’s Jacky Rowland reports from Cairo.
