Philippine rights abuse victims seek justice

Human Rights Watch says culture of impunity haunts the Philippines decades after the Marcos regime.

It has been more than two decades since the dictator Ferdinand Marcos was forced from power in the Philippines.
But even now, his presidency still haunts thousands of Filipinos.
Many are still wondering what happened to loved ones who disappeared during his repressive reign.
