Looking at the harsh human impact of an aerial attack in the country’s largest city of Aleppo.

It is Saturday afternoon, and a neighbourhood of Aleppo has just been shelled, and there are no ambulances.

Children are treated wherever there is space, and beds are only for those who are most seriously injured.

Shells in the Syrian civil war do not discriminate, as Al Jazeera’s Stefanie Dekker explains.
