An exotic ‘forest’ of trash
US collector makes treasure from waste in California’s Mohave Desert, attracting visitors from across world.

The old saying that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure has been exemplified in the middle of the barren Mohave Desert in the US state of California.
A waste collector has used almost everything from buffalo skulls to colourful glass bottles to create his own eccentric version of a forest, which has drawn visitors from across the world.
Rob Reynolds reports from Oro Grande, California.
