Bangkok rebuffs terrorism warnings
Thailand insist its tourist-friendly capital is safe despite the discovery of a cache of bomb-making materials.

The US embassy in Bangkok released an urgent message on Friday, warning of a possible terrorist attack in the Thai capital.
Soon after, the Thai government announced it had detained a suspect a day earlier and revealed they knew about the threat last month, but chose not to reveal anything to the public to avoid causing panic.
The government insists Bangkok is safe but a number of countries remain sceptical, keeping travel warnings in place.
