Oslo blast hits PM’s office
Prime minister safe but two people dead and many injured after bomb goes off in central district of Norwegian capital.

A massive explosion has rocked one of the main government offices in Oslo, Norway.
Two people have been confirmed dead and several others injured.
Government and newspaper offices in the district near the offices of Jens Stoltenberg, the Norwegian prime minister, have been damaged.
Police have confirmed that the cause of the explosion was a bomb but there is still uncertainty about who is behind the explosion or the reason for the blast.
