Haiti’s cholera epidemic has returned, with many new cases reported in the capital, Port-au-Prince.
In one neighbourhood, aid organisation Oxfam says the number of cases has tripled since the epidemic reached its peak last year.
Al Jazeera’s Rob Reynolds looks at how the health systems have failed to curb the disease.
