Obama to make ‘Arab spring’ speech
US president set to make policy speech on Middle East, expected to offer aid to Tunisia and Egypt.

Barack Obama, the US president, is due to deliver a major speech in Cairo, responding to the uprisings in the Arab world.
Obama is expected to announce billions in economic aid and debt relief for Tunisia and Egypt in what White House officials are dubbing a “major address”.
