Residents of a coastal town in Malaysia are concerned about a new refinery being built in the area.
An Australian company is planning to process “rare earths” in the plant – minerals used in electronic devices.
Al Jazeera’s Kathy Hearn travelled to Kuantan, and spoke to people who say they have already suffered enough from a previous operation in the area.
