Two people have been killed and at least a hundred injured in anti-government protests in Uganda.
Police used live rounds and teargas to disperse demonstrators, who had set up road blocks in the centre of the capital Kampala.
Demonstrators demanded that the government lower fuel taxes. They also protested against the re-arrest of opposition leader Kizza Besigye on Thursday for the fourth time in a month.
