A year after violence between rival ethnic groups left hundreds dead, tensions continue to run high in Kyrgyzstan amid allegations that security forces in the south are unfairly targeting minority Uzbeks.
Rights groups back up claims of a campaign of intimidation, but Kyrgz security forces refute the allegations.
