Disaster experts say the next 48 hours are critical when it comes to finding survivors in Japan following the country’s devastating earthquake and tsunami.
To try and improve their chances, the number of military personnel has been doubled to 100,000, as Al Jazeera’s Steve Chao reports from Natori.
