US considers law against online piracy

Bill helps copyright owners fight illegal downloading, but critics say it borders censorship.

The US congress is considering passing a bill against online piracy which supporters say will give copyright owners more ways to fight illegal downloading on the internet.

But some internet companies and legal experts say the measures border censorship.
