Probe finds “gross mismanagement” at US air base after body parts lost.

The US Air Force has revealed that it mishandled the physical remains of some service members at the Dover Air Force base.
An 18-month investigation concluded there were serious allegations of improper handling, processing and transport of human remains of deceased personnel and military dependents.
Three high ranking officers have been disciplined but not sacked, even though the report has recommended that they be dismissed.
