Bahraini Shia say crackdown report inadequate

Demonstrators in village of Muqasha vent anger at probe into crackdown on anti-government protests.

Thousands in Bahrain’s Shia village of Muqasha have marched in protest following the release of a report slamming the government for its use of torture to crush protests. The protesters are saying the report fell short of the mark.

Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has set up a commission to implement the findings of the report, including an examination of the protesters’ grievances.

Al Jazeera’s Mohammed Vall reports from Manama.
