Libya’s Senussi may reveal regime secrets

Authorities hope arrested spy chief will shed light on many incidents during Gaddafi’s regime.

Abdullah al-Senussi, Muammar Gaddafi’s intelligence chief, the last major fugitive at large after the fall of the former Libyan leader, has been arrested.

The man wanted internationally on charges of crimes against humanity was also the slain leader’s brother-in-law. It is hoped that many of the country’s secrets will come to light with his capture.
