Rugby boosts New Zealand economy

Economy is booming but not quite to the extent hosts of the Rugby World Cup had hoped.

The final of the Rugby World Cup will be played in New Zealand on Sunday. As hot favourites to beat France, the hosts have enjoyed enormous success on and off the field.

The country has experienced an economic boost – but it is not quite to the extent it had hoped.
