Educating Dadaab’s children

Providing adequate schooling in world’s biggest refugee camp poses a major challenge for agencies.

Meeting the education needs of over 200,000 people in the Dadaab refugee camp has proven difficult for aid agencies in Kenya.

Of the more than 450,000 people in the camp, the world’s largest, half are under the age of 18, a fact which has challenged the ability of aid agencies to provide adequate education.

Al Jazeera’s Peter Greste reports from Dadaab.
