The Palestine Papers reveal that Barack Obama’s administration refused to build upon agreements made under his predecessor, George Bush.
The documents show that they wanted to start negotiations from scratch. And as Al Jazeera’s Mike Hanna reports from Jerusalem, that is something that the Palestinian negotiators found extremely frustrating.
