Former exiled president returns to Haiti

Jean-Claude Duvalier, the exiled former president of Haiti, has returned to the Caribbean nation he once ruled with an iron fist.

Duvalier, who is better known as Baby Doc, was thrown out by a popular revolt in 1986 and it is feared his surprise return could further destabilise a country already in turmoil.
