Waiting for Brazil’s flood dead
Relatives of the victims forced to endure a long wait to identify their loved ones.

Relatives of many of the hundreds of victims of the floods and landslides in Brazil are waiting for the bodies of their loved ones to be returned so that they can be buried.
However, medical staff working to identify the corpses are overwhelmed by the number of dead.
Al Jazeera’s Gabriel Elizondo reports from Brazil’s southeastern town of Teresopolis, where frustrations are running high.
