At least 21 people killed after car bomb explodes outside church in the city of Alexandria.

At least 21 people have died in the Egyptian city of Alexandria when a bomb blew up outside a church.

The targets were Coptic Christians, who responded with fury to the overnight attack, marching on a nearby mosque where they clashed with police.
