Greenland oil’s mixed feelings

Oil found off the coast of Greenland is welcomed by some, while others are worried about their traditional way of life.

Oil has been found for the first time off the coast of Greenland, the world’s biggest island.

Most have welcomed the discovery by a Scottish company, with the locals hoping the find will bring them prosperity.

However, other indigenous groups fear their traditional way of life could be under threat.
