Guinea postpones runoff vote

Officials in Guinea have delayed the presidential runoff vote, due to take place on Sunday.
They say it is because they have not been able to distribute all the ballot papers.
The postponement is adding to tension in the West African country where political parties are accusing each other of vote rigging.
