Africa’s World Cup ‘heroes’

Ghana has become only the third African football team in history to have reached the quarter finals of the World Cup, which is being hosted by South Africa this year.

Although the team was knocked out of the tournament by Uruguay, it has earned respect from football fans across the world for making it so far.

Al Jazeera’s Louise Potter reports from Johannesburg on celebrations for a team many have called “Africa’s heroes”.
