Cross-border romance in Korea
Low marriage and birth rates in South spark concerns, but the North offers hope.

Marriages in South Korea fell to their lowest level on record in 2009 and the country has the lowest birthrate in the world.
Those statistics have led to concerns about a major population crisis.
But hope may be coming from an unexpected direction – the North.
