Tempers flare over Iraq power outages
Protests have spread across Iraq as temperatures soar and blackouts remain common.

Thousands of Iraqis in Basra, Nasiriyah and Karbala have staged protests against Iraq’s frequent blackouts over the last few days.
Early-summer temperatures in Iraq have soared above 50 degrees, but many Iraqis receive just six hours of electricity per day.
Al Jazeera’s Omar al-Saleh reports from Baghdad.
