Violence and grief in Kyrgyz south

Stories begin to emerge as the dead are buried and mourned in southern Kyrgyzstan.

The United Nations has said that some 400,000 people have been made homeless by the unrest in southern Kyrgyzstan.

Many have taken refuge in camps along the border with Uzbekistan, and the Red Cross has called the situation an “immense crisis”.

Al Jazeera’s Robin-Forestier Walker spoke to some of the survivors in the southern city of Osh.
