China mulls immigration changes
Government plans first laws to control surge in foreigners working in China.

A growing influx of migrants is causing the China to draft its first-ever immigration legislation to control the number of foreigners coming to work in the country.
One example is the city of Guangzhou, which has become home to about 100,000 African migrants.
