The UK’s coalition challenge

The party leaders of the United Kingdom’s Conservatives and Liberal Democrats may be hard to tell apart at first glance, but the policies of their parties are significantly different.

David Cameron and Nick Clegg have agreed to form a coalition government, but working together might prove a different task.

The parties differ on issues such as immigration, the economy and whether the UK should join the eurozone or not.
