Deaths in Baghdad car bomb
At least seven people killed in the Iraqi’s capital’s Sadr City neighbourhood.

The attacks are believed to be orchestrated by the al-Qaeda in Iraq group, which security forces say have suffered significant setbacks this year due to the killing and capture of many of their leaders.
Analysts say the group is trying to send a message to Iraqi security forces and the US military in the country that the group is still strong and capable of launching lethal attacks across Iraq.
