A huge cloud of ash spewed out by an Icelandic volcano has continued to cause travel chaos across Europe, with the fallout spreading around the world.
The impact has cost business and the airline industry hundreds of millions of dollars and left millions of travellers stranded.
Al Jazeera’s Tim Friend reports from London’s Heathrow airport.
