Tensions high after Uganda fire

In Uganda questions remain over whether a fire that destroyed a world heritage site near the capital, Kampala, was deliberate.
The blaze at the royal tombs of the Buganda kingdom has increased tension between Uganda’s president and the influential Baganda tribe.
A senior Bugandan official has told Al Jazeera he believes the fire was arson.
Al Jazeera’s Andrew Simmons reports from Kampala.
