Kunduz bombing shows inexperience

Former British head in Afghanistan says German ground commanders inexperienced.

Speaking to Al Jazeera from London, he says the bombing in Kunduz province that claimed 142 lives last September highlights the confusion of war and the inexperience of the German ground commanders.
