Clashes between the Sudanese Liberation Army, Darfur’s largest rebel group, and Khartoum’s military have escalated over the last two weeks.

It came as Sudan’s government accused the SLA of breaching a peace deal by providing support to southern Sudan.

Hoda Abdel-Hamid reports from Zam Zam, the largest refugee camp in northern Darfur – where many say they feel trapped between rebel forces and the Sudanese army.
