Afghans play down ‘breakthrough’
Traders say Pakistani curbs on import of Indian goods limit US-brokered transit deal’s benefits.

A new US-brokered transit deal between Afghanistan and Pakistan is being hailed as an economic breakthrough.
But Afghan traders say they do not benefit from it because Pakistan will not let them bring Indian goods to their country.
