Cambodia investigates stampede

Initial assessment of deadly disaster blames panic as suspension bridge began swaying.

The investigation over Monday’s festival stampede, in which at least 351 people were killed has begun.

According to state television, the initial assessment of the disaster blames the panic that ensued after a suspension bridge began swaying.
