Success of Democratic Party in upcoming elections rests largely on the Hispanic vote.

The US Democratic party is pushing to energise Hispanic-Americans who have traditionally voted for them.
This is because in at least half a dozen US states, their votes could be the difference in the Democratic party’s bid to preserve its control of congress.
