Arsalan Iftikhar, an international human rights lawyer, talks to Al Jazeera about the revelation that US forces in Iraq turned a blind eye to prisoner abuse.
He says the US is beyond the reach of any external repercussions because it’s not a signatory to the Rome treaty which formed the International Criminal Court.
